Mark E. Brinkmann has represented clients in complex litigation and focuses his practice on helping people injured by defective products and automobile accidents. He has assisted with jury trials and handled product liability litigation in several states. He was a member of the trial team that obtained a jury verdict in St. Louis County for $21 million, the largest jury personal injury verdict in Missouri in 2008 and the largest personal injury verdict in St. Louis County history. He is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
